Hypnotherapy And Watertherapy For Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) can be treated effectively through some 'Do It Yourself' type natural treatments. Try the following natural treatments to cure IBS yourself.

1. Drink a cup of slippery elm tea every morning and every night is one of the best Natural Treatments for Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Elm tea soothes colon tissues. As an alternative, you can use slippery elm powder also.

2. Give a gentle rub of one-tablespoon olive oil mixed with one tablespoon of lobelia oil for 15 minutes to tummy. It will relax muscles and will reduce the bloating problems and pain. Massage the tummy in clockwise direction and inhale deeply.

3. Regularly perform deep breath exercises at least 4- 5 times a day is also considered one of the effective Natural Treatments for Irritable Bowel Syndrome. These exercises reduce stress and make abdominal muscles more strong. Inhale deeply expanding the belly not the chest.
