South Beach Diet and Weight Loss Plan

The South Beach Diet is not a low-carb or low-fat diet. Instead, it teaches you to change the balance of food you eat to help you become healthly and lose weight. You'll stop eating bad carbs and bad fats, and start eating good carbs and good fats. There are three phases to help you lose weight:
