1. Know your body - this is very important in deciding what NBE product might work for you. Start with a simple hormone balance test. This will be useful not only for breast enhancement but also for your overall health and wellbeing.

2.Research what the different herbs do, for example if you are estrogen dominant you wouldn't want to introduce even more unopposed estrogen to your body. The herbs used for NBE (natural breast enhancement) contain phytoestrogens. The opinion on them is mainly favorable but since no long term experiments on the effect of phytoestrogens have been carried it's really not known for sure.

3.Research the different NBE products in detail. Some of the factors you need to look for when assessing the products:
a) What are the ingredients in this product (how much of what herbs)?
b) Do they have before and after examples - pictures and testimonials (make sure they are not fake)
c) Do they have a reliable customer service, i.e. direct phone number for support or are they just interested in selling you their product (on one website we came across a phone number for sales only but an email address for support questions, so what does this tell you?)
d)Do they offer refund on results, and if they do do they really honor their refund policy - we found multiple examples of NBE sellers who refused to refund any money in spite of a money back guarantee. Many of those companies have unsatisfactory rating from BBB.org (Better Business Bureau)
e) Is the price reasonable? Many sellers overcharge for their products.
f) Do they have any clinical studies to prove results? (Very few of them actually do)
g) Is the information on their website sufficient and everything well explained? If they make wild claims that their product will work for everyone in a short period of time chances are they are not credible.
h) Do they sell the same product under a few different names or keep changing the product name? If so it's probably not very good.
i) Try to find as much information on a product as you can from different sources - forums, anti-scam sites, BBB.org, etc.

4.Don't fall for the fake reviews sites. Those are compiled by the product sellers and manufacturers with the only goal to convince you that their product is the best and sell it to you.
